IRVINE, California, November 3, 2008 - Innowave Technology is pleased to announce that Rolla Salameh has joined our management team effective today. Rolla’s primary responsibility will be to manage Innowave’s accounting, finance and human resources. With a wealth of industry experience, Rolla brings to bear strategic perspectives that are invaluable to Innowave’s continued growth. She has over 17 years experience in technology-based distribution, manufacturing and service-oriented business. She gained her degree from City University of New York, Staten Island and her series 27 license as Financial & Operations Principle for an NASD member company. With continued education in Human Resources, she is responsible for the strategic management of financial planning, performance, financial & non-financial metrics for the company and the development of key third-party advisors. Prior to joining Innowave, she was the CFO of a leading global distrubutor of electronic components, where she was responsible for the company’s global finance operations.
