IRVINE, California, May 18, 2009 - Innowave Technology is pleased to announce that Paul Tearnen has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. This transition allows Founder & CEO Basheer Khan to focus more closely on strategic initiatives to support Innowave’s rapidly expanding business.

In his new role, Paul will be responsible for overall operations, including business development and delivery across Innowave’s Oracle, JDE, PeopleSoft and managed services practices. Prior to becoming COO, Paul headed Innowave’s Emerging Markets and Technology organization. He has over 25 years experience encompassing IT management, ERP implementation, web services research and development, software development, operations management and customer service.

Paul has headed several large-scale business process re-engineering programs worldwide significantly improving multi-million dollar global supply chain management systems. He is a strong leader who builds cohesive international teams, effectively bridging cultural gaps and has been frequently selected to lead complex business initiatives due to exceptional management skills. Prior to joining Innowave Technology, Paul held senior management positions at Syntax-Brillian, GS1 US, RosettaNet and Bourns, Inc.
