IRVINE, California, January 13, 2009 - Innowave Technology is pleased to announce that Paul Tearnen has joined our executive team today as Senior Vice President, Emerging Markets and Technology. Paul is responsible for leading Innowave Technology’s expansion into new markets and technologies. He has over 25 years experience encompassing IT management, ERP implementation, web services research and development, software development, operations management and customer service. Paul has headed several large-scale business process re-engineering programs worldwide significantly improving multi-million dollar global supply chain management systems. He is a strong leader who builds cohesive international teams, effectively bridging cultural gaps and has been frequently selected to lead complex business initiatives due to exceptional management skills. Prior to joining Innowave Technology, Paul held senior management positions at Syntax-Brillian, GS1 US, RosettaNet and Bourns, Inc.
