IRVINE, California, June 23, 2010 - As the Director of Innowave's Program Management Office, we are pleased to announce the addition of Floyd Teter to Innowave's team of Innovators. With an extraordinary and unique background in Oracle Applications, Middleware and Database products, Floyd has been published numerous times and is a frequent speaker at Oracle conferences on Oracle Applications, project management methods and information technology strategy. Floyd was honored as an Oracle ACE Director for E-business Suite making him one out of four globally who have achieved this accomplishment. Innowave Technology is now the only Oracle Partner globally with three Oracle ACE Directors employed.

Demonstrating his outstanding leadership and advocacy in the Oracle user community, Floyd currently serves as the Vice-President of the Oracle Application Users Group and is a member of the International Oracle Users Council's Product Development Committee. Floyd's involvement in the Oracle Community continues as a Member of OAUG's Release 12 Upgrade Special Interest Group (SIG). Floyd's leadership skills were also leveraged as the former Chair of the OAUG Fusion Council. His impressive knowledge on Oracle Upgrades has led him to author his own book on the topic as well as a reviewing editor for several other Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 upgrade books. Floyd has over 10 years of experience in program and project management in addition to functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Projects, Financials and Discrete Manufacturing.
