Oracle Fusion Middleware Lead/Architect

Technical Skills:
• At least 8 years of design, configuration, customization and development experience with integration frameworks/middleware and SOA driven environments.
• Strong working experience on Oracle SOA suite (10g & 11g) - BPEL, SCA, OSB, Mediator, BPM
• Strong development background with transformation and integration technologies and standards (XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, Java Etc.)
• Strong understanding of RDBMS systems, concepts and programming using PL/SQL with Oracle databases. Knowledge of SQL Server databases will be a plus.
• Strong experience working with application connectors especially for systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, SAP etc.
• Strong development background with web services and standard communication or messaging protocols in general (SOAP, WSDL, REST, XML-RPC, JavaScript, JMS, Ajax, RMI, COM, DCOM, Thrift, UDDI etc.)
• Passionate about connecting and integrating systems in complex and heterogeneous application environments.
• Strong development background with enterprise messaging or bus systems and understanding of key concepts such as Federation, Connection, Mediation, Transformation and Orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of best practices around securing and auditing integration frameworks.
• Strong experience with business process and workflow and translating them into system requirements.
Business Skills:
• Understanding of basic business processes and flows such as the sales order process, shipping process, document approval processes, and others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to solve complex problems independently as well as within groups; with strong analytical skills.
• Desire to deliver all tasks on time and meeting all expectations so that you develop a strong working relationship and respect among the Innowave team

C A S E S T U D Y
Helio, a $400 million MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator), contracted Innowave to provide program management for the planning, design, development, deployment, and training phases of its Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, Distribution, and Supply Chain Management implementation. In addition, Innowave developed over 50 interfaces between Helio’s back office systems and its trading partners using a SOA-based approach, to help establish new business processes to assist Helio with its launch as a startup venture.
