Basheer Khan - President & CEO

Basheer founded Innowave in 2005 and is responsible for the company’s Vision and Strategy.  With 20 years of experience in solution architecture, Basheer’s specialization includes enterprise/business process integration using SOA, Web Services and Oracle technologies. An Oracle ACE Director, quite active in the Oracle community, he was named Oracle Magazine’s Integration Architect of the Year 2006 and voted OAUG’s Member of the Year 2003 for his outstanding contributions.  A frequent speaker at major conferences including OAUG Collaborate and Oracle Open World, he has been published numerous times.

Paul Tearnen - COO

Paul is responsible for overall Operations, including Business Development and Delivery across practices. He has over 25 years experience encompassing IT management, ERP implementation, web services research and development, software development, operations management and customer service. Paul has headed several large-scale business process re-engineering programs worldwide significantly improving multi-million dollar global supply chain management systems. He is a strong leader who builds cohesive international teams, effectively bridging cultural gaps and has been frequently selected to lead complex business initiatives due to exceptional management skills. Prior to joining Innowave Technology, Paul held senior management positions at Syntax-Brillian, GS1 US, RosettaNet and Bourns, Inc.

Mike Adams - SVP, Business Development

Mike is responsible for Business Development across all practices at Innowave. He has been selling Oracle Applications and Technology solutions for the past 10 years and developed successful campaigns and strategies for the following industries: Manufacturing and Distribution, Technical and Professional Services, Entertainment, Financial Services, Higher Education and Public Sector. Mike is quite active in the Oracle community and has been serving as the Presentation Director on the Board of the Southwest Regional Oracle Applications Users Group.

Soo-Jin Behrstock - VP, JD Edwards Practice

Soo-Jin is responsible for JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne sales, delivery, client management, and practice development.  Prior to joining Innowave Technology, she was a customer of Oracle at JD Power and Associates where she rolled out JD Edwards EnterpriseOne globally.  She has over 10 years experience in technical management primarily in Business Process Management and Enterprise Resource Planning.  She has extensive experience in the selection, development, and implementation of operational and financial systems and has “hands-on” involvement in 14 ERP system implementations.

Sunil Manaktala - VP, PeopleSoft Practice

Sunil oversees our Managed Services Practice and is also responsible for the PeopleSoft Practice, with over 25 years experience in the application of information systems and technologies to meet strategic needs of enterprises. Prior to joining Innowave he was at PeopleSoft and Oracle for over 9 years where his responsibilities included Engagement Management, Practice Management and Sales Management. He has ERP and CRM implementation experience in a wide variety of industries including Manufacturing, Distribution, Utilities, Healthcare, Automotive and Hospitality.

Connie Santilli - VP, Oracle Applications & Managed Services

Connie is responsible for our Oracle E-Business Suite and Managed Services practices.  She has over 25 years experience encompassing operations management, IT consulting and ERP implementations.  She has designed and managed a business vision while providing leadership to sales, delivery and service teams.  Utilizing her strong business acumen, she has successfully managed across enterprises, both internal and external across multiple solutions and industries. Prior to joining Innowave, she served as General Manager at RCM Technologies Oracle practice and established her own independent consulting business specialized in providing services for software implementation and IT recruiting to small, mid-size and Fortune 200 companies.

Emily Ruddo - VP, Oracle CRM, Technology & Edge Applications

Emily is responsible for the delivery, and client management of the Oracle (E-Business Suite, Siebel and Technology) practice. Prior to joining Innowave, she was at Oracle Corporation for 9 years holding several positions most recently as “Extreme Leader” adding value in the sales planning and execution of ERP and CRM applications. At Oracle, she developed creative solutions, winning sales strategies and strong relationships for customers in industries including Non-Profit, Consumer Products and Professional Services.

Rolla Salameh - VP, Finance & Human Resources

Rolla is responsible for Innowave’s accounting, finance and human resources. She has over 17 years experience in technology-based distribution, manufacturing and service-oriented business.  She gained her degree from City University of New York, Staten Island and her series 27 license as Financial & Operations Principle for an NASD member company. With continued education in Human Resources, she is responsible for the strategic management of financial planning, performance, financial & non-financial metrics for the company and the development of key third-party advisors. Prior to joining Innowave, she was the CFO of a leading global distrubutor of electronic components, where she was responsible for the company’s global finance operations.
